George Peek

Gregory Peek
President
Team member since: May, 2000

Gregory Peek is President and third generation of ERGS Properties, a family owned development company in Reno, Nevada. After ten years working on the Washington, DC legislative staff of congresswomen Barbara Vucanovich (NV) and Helen Chenoweth (ID), Greg joined his father in 2000. He is active at the local, state and federal levels of the National Association of Home Builders, as well as various local charitable and civic organizations. Greg holds an undergraduate (Bachelor of Arts) degree from Colorado State University, law degree (Juris Doctor) from Catholic University and a master of business administration (MBA) from the University of Nevada. Greg enjoys golf, mountain and road biking, snow skiing, racquetball, and spending time with his wife and two boys.

Carrie Williamson
Leasing Operations Manager
Team member since: October, 2008

Carrie comes from a large family, and grew up in Yerington, NV. She has a history in commercial and HOA management. Carrie loves quality time with her daughter, and getting outdoors with her dog. She enjoys sports, documentaries, hosting family gatherings, reading, and home improvement projects.

Carrie received the 2015 Regional Manager of the Year Jewel Award through the Nevada State Apartment Association!

Ken Barlow
Operations Manager
Team member since: January, 2002

Ken was born and raised in Reno and North Valleys area. He has been involved in construction management for over 30 years and is currently the ERGS. Inc., Qualified Employee for their Nevada Building and General Engineering contractors licenses.

Dan Peek
Construction Supervisor
Team member since: February, 1995

Dan has worked in building and excavation from start of his working career. He came to work full time for ERGS in 1995 as a construction supervisor in charge of all new construction and remodeling.

Mona Young-Quinby
Controller
Team member since: Sept., 1999

Mona has a degree in Accounting with a background in banking and non-profit accounting. She has been with ERGS since 1999 and loves to read, travel, and make jewelry. Mona received the 2022 Support Staff of the Year Jewel Award through the Nevada State Apartment Association!
