*Applicants must qualify for the standard deposit. All standard deposits are based on credit score, rental history, and income verification. If an applicant does not meet the standard deposit requirements, they may still qualify for the apartment by paying a deposit equal to one month of regular rent. To move in, applicant must pay first full month of rent plus the deposit. $250 of all deposits are non-refundable.
There is a $35 non-refundable application fee per person/married couple for all ERGS properties.
We also offer a $100 holding deposit. This $100 deposit will hold the unit of your choice for 30 days, or until you move in, whichever comes first. It will also be applied fully towards your move in costs. It is refundable in the event that the applicant doesn’t qualify for a move in, but non-refundable once qualified.
