Terms/Rates: *$200 short term lease rent premium added to rent for leases less than 13 months. 6 month minimum lease term required. 6 -13 month lease options available. Prices subject to change. Contact leasing office for current rates.
Fees: Non-refundable $40 application fee per applicant and one-time, non-refundable $150 admin fee due with application.
Deposits: $500 standard deposit / $800 mid deposit / one month’s rent – highest deposit. Deposits based mostly on credit history, with lesser qualifying factors of income and rental history.
